Store Policy

1. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed securely through our website.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout.

  • Prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes (if any).

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be available at checkout.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued as a store credit after the returned item is received and inspected unless the item is defective or incorrect..

  • Sale items and personalized/custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Sizing & Fit

  • Please refer to our Size Chart in FAQs section before purchasing.

  • If you have questions about fit, feel free to contact our support team.
