3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Refunds will be issued as a store credit after the returned item is received and inspected unless the item is defective or incorrect..

Sale items and personalized/custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
